This position is designed for a disciplined, performance-driven canvasser who can manage the full sales cycle independently while working within a structured, well-supported system. About the role: Job Title: Solar Canvasser / Solar Pre-Qualifier Location: Los Angeles & Greater Los Angeles Area (Applicants must currently reside in Los Angeles - local candidates only) Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Classification: W-2 or 1099 Compensation: $30/hour guaranteed base + performance-based compensation We are seeking motivated, outgoing Solar Canvassers / Solar Pre-Qualifiers to represent our solar energy solutions throughout Los Angeles. This role focuses on engaging homeowners, educating them on the benefits of solar, and pre-qualifying interested prospects for a solar consultation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, consistent hourly pay, and the ability to earn additional performance-based compensation. Compensation & Benefits * Guaranteed $30/hour base pay * Performance-based compensation for qualified leads and appointments * Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling * Paid training and ongoing support * Opportunity for advancement within the solar sales organization Responsibilities * Canvass assigned neighborhoods in Los Angeles * Engage homeowners in professional, friendly conversations * Educate homeowners on solar energy benefits and cost savings * Pre-qualify homeowners based on program criteria * Schedule qualified appointments for solar consultations * Accurately track and report daily activity and results * Represent the company brand with professionalism and integrity Qualifications * Must currently live in the Los Angeles area (this position is strictly local) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods * Self-motivated with a positive attitude * Reliable transportation preferred * Prior canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (not required) * Ability to work independently and meet performance goals Geographic Requirement (Important) This position is strictly limited to candidates located in Los Angeles and the Greater Los Angeles Area.
