We 're Hiring: Outside Sales Representative At Forbes Hever & Wallace (FH&W), we're hiring experienced outside sales professionals ready to drive growth in a competitive market. We're a multi-line foodservice manufacturer's rep firm representing 29 outstanding factory partners across Texas and Oklahoma -- and we're looking for salespeople who know how to listen, ask the right questions, and guide customers to the right solutions while delivering results. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, takes pride in owning their territory, and understands that long-term success comes from combining strong relationships, thoughtful problem-solving, and disciplined follow- through. What You'll Do * Serve as a trusted advisor and ambassador for FH&W and our manufacturer partners * Own and grow an assigned territory by developing new business and strengthening existing relationships * Build relationships with chefs, restaurant owners, operators, consultants, schools, healthcare facilities, and hospitality groups * Assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and guide opportunities from initial conversation through close * Use our test kitchens and resources to demonstrate complete foodservice solutions, from equipment to tabletop and smallwares * Plan and execute customer visits, demos, trainings, events, and entertaining that educate and move business forward * Maintain proactive communication before, during, and after the sale * Manage pipeline activity, quotes, projects, and forecasts using our CRM * Adjust strategy as needed to meet or exceed sales goals * Travel throughout your territory and occasionally beyond for trainings, trade shows, and industry events What We're Looking For * Proven outside sales experience (foodservice or hospitality preferred) * Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills * Comfort managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through close * Organized, disciplined, and accountable with follow-up and reporting * Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office * Strategic thinker who can adapt solutions to different customer environments * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Minimum of five years of related sales experience * Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work hands-on with equipment when needed * Reliable, professional vehicle Why This Role Is Different This isn't a high-pressure, transactional sales role.
