As a Guest Service Associate , you'll be the expert guiding every guest through their personalized journey -- helping them discover the best services, products, and packages to achieve their confidence goals. What You 'll Do * Conduct one-on-one in-center consultations to understand guest goals and design customized waxing and skincare regimen plans * Educate guests on our full range of waxing services, product lines, and exclusive Wax Pass packages to help them save money and stay consistent * Build strong, trust-based relationships with our guests through consultative conversations and professional recommendations * Meet and exceed sales goals through expert knowledge, connection, and delivering the Ultimate Guest Experience * Partner with your Center Team and Management to ensure a smooth guest journey from check-in to checkout * Maintain a professional, polished, and positive atmosphere that reflects the EWC Experience What EWC Offers * Compensation: $13.00/hour + Uncapped Wax Pass Commission + Biweekly Rebook Bonuses + Quarterly raises based on performance * Top Performers in this role earn anywhere between $1,250 to $2,500 monthly * Paid Training: Learn from experienced in-house trainers with opportunities for ongoing growth and advancement * Benefits Package: Paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) after a year * Exclusive Perks: 1 free brow wax per month, 50% off waxing during non-work hours, and 40% off all EWC products * Celebration Culture: We love to have fun, while being awesome -- celebrating birthdays, team anniversaries, and success milestones * Career Growth: Pathways to Leadership, Training, or Operations roles within the EWC Franchise Who Excels Here * 2+ years of experience in consultative sales , luxury retail , or guest-facing environments (spa, salon, or esthetics preferred) * Passionate about esthetics, beauty, and confidence-driven experiences * Polished, professional, and enthusiastic about educating guests on services, products, and savings packages * Goal-oriented with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets * Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings , to align with guest demand * A natural people-person who thrives in a team environment and brings positive energy to every interaction Scheduling Requirements We are seeking candidates with flexible schedules and the ability to work the following shifts: Monday -Friday | 7:55 AM - 2:15 PM and 1:55 PM - 8:15 PM Saturday | 8:25 AM - 6:15 PM Sunday | 9:55 AM - 6:15 PM All Guest Service Associates are required to work at least one weekend day per week and maintain a consistent schedule.
