Overview: * Account Manager - Outside Sales * Uncapped Earnings Career Growth Trusted Brand Rose Pest Solutions, the nation's oldest pest management company (est. 1860), is looking for a driven, energetic, goal-oriented sales professional to join our growing team. If you're ready to combine your sales skills with a trusted brand and make an impact across industries, this is the career for you. * Compensation: * $5,000/Month guaranteed for the first 150 days (onboarding/training period) * After 150 days:Base Salary of $39,600 + Commission * Total earning potential: $48,100- $200,000+ Responsibilities: What You 'll Do * Prospect and build long-term client relationships across a wide range of industries. * Conduct on-site assessments and deliver tailored pest management solutions. * Partner with technical and quality assurance managers to solve complex challenges. * Represent Rose as a consultative, solutions-based sales professional. Qualifications: What We 're Looking For * Proven success in sales and relationship management. * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities. * Comfortable with in-field assessments, problem-solving, and client engagement. * Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours.
