Full description of the position

* Business Development : Prospect and generate new commercial lines clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. * Sales & Consultation: Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess risks, understand coverage needs, and present tailored insurance solutions. * Client Relationship Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and high retention. Partner with account managers and service teams to deliver day-to-day policy support. * Market & Carrier Collaboration: Work with carrier representatives and underwriting teams to secure competitive pricing and coverage options. * Renewal & Cross-Selling: Conduct annual policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and cross-sell additional products (home, auto, life) where appropriate. * Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of prospecting, sales activity, and client communications in the agency management system.
