We are looking for a friendly and organized Telemarketer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable with both administrative and outbound call tasks. If you're looking for a dynamic role that combines customer service responsibilities with engaging phone outreach, we'd love to hear from you! RESPONSIBILITIES: * Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. * Handle incoming inquiries and maintain accurate customer records. * Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, introducing them to our insurance options. * Engage in friendly, informative conversations to identify potential customer needs. * Provide excellent customer service and follow up on inquiries. * Assist with administrative tasks and office projects as needed. QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous experience in a telemarketing or customer service role preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Highly organized with the ability to multitask. * Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in sales conversations. * Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
