I &E Company is seeking the following- Inside sales support person for the sale of PC based hardware in a B2B environment. This position may change to a full-time sales position if the applicant and employer choose to do so. See [please apply online] for product information. -Experience with PC based hardware preferred. A hardware and/or background in IT and customer service with sales support is also an advantage. -Duties include interviewing prospects by phone, determining their custom kiosk needs, and preparing formal quotations for the sales department. -Must be able to talk to customers in a friendly and intelligent manner. -Preparing Cost Break downs/ documentation to go along with customer supplied quote. -Prospect formal quotations will require follow up calls and will include performing additional sales support and account management activities during project cycle. -Additional duties include order processing, order tracking and follow up. -On going account management and lead tracking activities within Goldmine CRM application will be required. - Scheduling Zoom calls to connect with engineers and technical support, as needed to assist the inside sales person with all customized projects. -The sales candidate for this position will be creating new business, addressing customer questions, and offering customized kiosks solutions to drive company revenue. Qualifications: -Experience preferred in a technology related field. -Experience in B2B sales, account management, and customer service. -Hardware sales experience a plus. -Skilled in MS office- Outlook, Excel & Word minimum. -Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English. -Strong problem solving skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. -Ability to multi-task and prioritize customer requests, ability to work in a team environment. -Working locations- IN OFFICE only, not a remote position.
