Overview We're expanding and looking for energetic, personable people to help more organizations discover us. For 25 years, we've helped local organizations run smarter with dependable office technology and friendly IT support. We're in growth mode--expanding our reach, investing in new markets, and building a team of energetic Solution Specialists to connect more businesses with what we do best. No experience needed --we'll train you. What you'll do * Build awareness: Represent NES at community events, business meetups, and local visits. * Start conversations: Share what we do and schedule intro appointments for our solutions team. * Create micro-content: Quick phone videos/photos and short recaps to highlight local wins. * Research & outreach: Identify high-potential organizations using local directories, maps, and referrals; make friendly first contact (email/phone/in-person); secure on-site intro visits and coordinate calendars; log notes and next steps. * Track activity: Log conversations and scheduled intros. This is not a high-pressure sales job. No cold closing. Not commission-only. You 'll be great at this if you * Are a self-starter , goal-oriented , and enjoy meeting people. * Are energetic and personable --comfortable speaking to new contacts (or excited to learn). * Want early advancement in business development without a "hard sell" environment. What you'll learn * Practical business development skills: outreach, discovery, and setting quality meetings. * Event planning basics, content creation, and clean customer relationship management habits. * Professional communication--from first hello to booking an intro call.
