NOJO Baby & Kids, Inc. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of infant and toddler products, including bedding, blankets, nursery accessories, bibs, bath items, and related accessories. With a rich history dating back to 1957, the company serves a diverse range of retail channels worldwide, including mass merchants, specialty stores, and online retailers. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior National Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and management of key retail accounts across the nation. Your focus will be on supporting the management and growth of key national retail accounts across the baby and kids category. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional looking to develop a career in national account management within a branded consumer products environment. The position will work closely with senior sales leadership, internal teams, and retail partners to execute account strategies, manage day-to-day account needs, support line reviews, and help drive profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Account Support & Management * Support the day-to-day management of assigned national retail accounts * Act as a point of contact for account queries, pricing, orders, and promotions * Assist with onboarding new accounts and expanding existing relationships Sales & Growth Execution * Support the execution of annual account plans and sales strategies * Assist in preparing for line reviews, range updates, and seasonal resets * Track sales performance, promotional results, and forecasts Data, Reporting & Analysis * Analyze sell-in and sell-through data to identify risks and opportunities * Maintain accurate pricing, cost, and promotional tracking Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with marketing, product development, supply chain, and finance teams * Support product launches and promotional initiatives * Help coordinate timelines and deliverables across internal stakeholders Administrative & Operational Support * Manage account documentation, contracts, and general day-to-day reporting needs * Support EDI, order management, and issue resolution * Ensure accuracy across systems and retailer portals Required Qualifications & Experience * 1-3 years' experience in sales, account management, or a commercial role * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Experience in Consumer Product Goods, licensing, baby & kids, soft goods, or home categories preferred * Strong analytical skills with confidence working in Excel and sales data * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Desired Skills & Attributes * Ambitious and eager to grow into a full National Account Manager role * Commercially curious with a customer-first mindset * Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented * Strong follow-up and execution skills Travel * Occasional domestic travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and line reviews This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in sales and account management within a reputable organization committed to quality products for families worldwide.
