Full description of the position

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, high-energy Toyota Sales Manager to lead and support a top-performing dealership sales operation. This role is designed for proven leaders who can manage performance, coach teams, and drive results in a fast-paced, opportunity-rich environment while maintaining Toyota standards and customer trust. Duties * Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and dealership sales targets, focusing on high-end automobile sales. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including outbound sales and cold calling. * Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress. * Conduct negotiations with customers to maximize upselling opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards. * Oversee inventory management and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels for sales activities. * Coordinate marketing efforts to attract new clients and retain existing customers through promotional campaigns and public speaking engagements. * Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent phone etiquette, communication skills, and personalized service. * Support the sales team with training on retail math, organizational skills, and dealership policies to improve overall performance. * Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations while fostering a professional sales environment. Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive or retail sales management, within a dealership environment. * Strong background in outside sales, high-end sales, and outbound sales techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with proficiency in CRM software and inventory management systems. * Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer service expertise. * Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently and utilize retail math for accurate forecasting. * Organizational skills with a focus on inventory control, dealership operations, and marketing initiatives. * Ability to lead a team through coaching, support, and strategic planning to meet or exceed sales goals.
