Well Established Management Company looking for an Experienced Leasing Agent or Rental Manager interested and if you have some Coop and Condominium management experience is a plus. Must be organized and reliable, this is an in office job (on location in Staten Island) with no remote possibility or offered. Work week is typically Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm. To be the right candidate you must: * Have a 4 year college degree. * Minimum of four (4) years of verifiable work experience in Real Estate Management, preferably in NYC. * Proficient in Word and Excel * Organized * Reliable * Proactive and knows how to be creative to find solutions to problems * Can easily work on multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Excellent communicator and is comfortable speaking with and writing to tenants and owners * Strong understanding of multifamily residential physical property systems and equipment including plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical, and water/sewer * VANTACA/AVID/SITECOMPLI software knowledge a plus but not necessary Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 3 years (Preferred) * Property Management: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Staten Island, NY 10314: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
