Company Overview Vascular Centers of Orlando is a multi-location independent physician practice specializing in the treatment of venous insufficiency. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our Sales and Marketing team. We are a rapidly growing, multi-location physician practice specializing in vascular diagnostics and interventional care seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to drive patient growth and referral development across six Central Florida locations. Key Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and develop a team of three healthcare sales representatives * Drive new patient acquisition through (1) Physician referral development, (2) Employer-based outreach, and (3) Direct-to-patient marketing initiatives * Own and manage CRM strategy, reporting, and data integrity * Oversee digital marketing efforts including ad copy, website performance, SEO analytics, and online reputation management * Actively manage Google Reviews, reputation management, and local market visibility * Plan and execute community outreach initiatives and special events * Analyze referral patterns, market data, and ad campaign with awareness of cost per acquired patient * Ensure alignment and communication with clinical and administrative staff across all facilities Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) * Growth in new patient volumes by location and by source of new patient pathways * Increase in active referring physician practices: identify and react to insurance mandated referrals compared to direct physician referrals * Sales team quota attainment and territory performance * Digital conversion rates and cost per acquired patient * Online reputation metrics (review volume, ratings, response times) Qualifications * 5+ years of healthcare sales and marketing with leadership experience. Certain credentials are helpful such as Certified Professional in Healthcare Marketing (CPHM) or similar (AMA Leadership, Dale Carnegie, or other reputable online leadership programs) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or growth targets * Experience leading sales teams to meet direct quota responsibility * Google Analytics / SEO Certification * Strong understanding of healthcare referral patterns and compliance considerations * Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital marketing analytics.
