Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Sales Leader to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services for a roofing and construction company, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and the ability to adapt your pitch based on customer needs. Motivated individuals with strong leadership qualities are a MUST. If you've developed leadership skills in previous roles, we want to hear about them. Experience training others is a major plus, as our team values individuals who can help new hires succeed. Duties * Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services. * Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. * Utilize effective sales techniques, including warm calling and outbound calling, to generate interest. * Maintain an organized schedule of daily visits and follow-ups. * Document interactions with customers in Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking purposes. * Collaborate with the sales team to share insights on market trends and customer feedback. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Experience * Previous experience in sales, particularly in technology sales or telemarketing, is preferred. * Familiarity with inside sales techniques and outbound calling strategies is a plus. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * A results-driven mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous but not required. * A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is essential.
