Inbound Sales Consultant -- Patient/ Aesthetic Sales Seeking candidates located in Sandy Springs, GA; Alpharetta, GA; Roswell, GA; and Metro Atlanta areas. This role will sit onsite at our office clinic location. About The Job: We are seeking an Inbound, Patient Sales Consultant to join our growing Non-Surgical Medical Clinic. We are an award-winning, elective clinic specializing in non-surgical and cosmetic medical treatments. The Patient Sales Consultant is responsible for converting warm leads and inquiries into confident treatment plans. This includes Zero cold calling. No evenings. No weekends. Benefits: * Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions , Tiered Accelerators based on Revenue + Quality Metrics. * Comprehensive Benefits/PTO; Ongoing Training; Progression Path (Sr. Consultant -> Lead -> Manager) *Essential Duties & Responsibilities: *Aesthetic Sales Consultant -- In-Office & Inbound Sales High-Ticket, B2C Sales, Fully Inbound, with a 3-30-day Sales Cycle. What You 'll Do: * Consult & Close: Lead one-on-one consultations (primarily in-clinic, some virtual) to uncover needs, set expectations, design treatment plans, present pricing, and close. * Pipeline Momentum: Maintain a tight, time-boxed follow-up cadence via SMS, phone, and email until a decision is made. * Coordinate & Handoff: Manage scheduling, financing options, payments, and smooth transitions to clinical staff. * CRM Excellence: Keep impeccable notes, update stages, and complete tasks to meet daily activity and monthly revenue KPIs. * Objection Handling: Address concerns--price, downtime, timelines, safety--with empathy and authority. * Tools Used: GoHighLevel/HubSpot, Calendly, VoIP/SMS, e-sign, Cherry/CareCredit portals, Google Workspace. Who You Are: * A proven closer in consultative, high-ticket B2C sales (aesthetics/medical or similar). * Metrics-driven: you monitor show rate, qualified close rate, AOV, and cancellations--and know how to improve them. * Systems-fluent: GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce, Calendly, VoIP/SMS, e-sign tools. * Professional and polished, with a presence suited to a luxury clinical environment. * Completed a 4-year Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.
