In-Home Sales Representative (Experienced Closers Preferred) Contractor Source is hiring experienced In-Home Sales Representatives to run pre-set, qualified appointments and close high-value kitchen and bath renovation projects. This role is designed for professionals who understand consultative selling, can control the appointment, and consistently close in the home. This is not retail. You will be supported by a structured sales process, strong operational support, and the tools needed to perform at a high level. What You 'll Do * Run pre-set, in-home appointments with qualified homeowners * Present premium countertop, cabinet, and remodeling solutions * Lead a structured consultation to uncover needs, budget, and scope * Educate clients on materials, construction considerations, and options * Present pricing clearly and close projects on the first visit * Maintain professionalism from consultation through contract execution Schedule Expectations * Appointments may include early evenings * Availability required for two Saturdays per month Compensation & Benefits * Competitive commission-based compensation with strong earning potential * Top performers consistently earn six figures * Company vehicle provided * Benefits package available, including health insurance and paid time off * Paid training and ongoing sales coaching What We 're Looking For * Proven experience closing in-home or consultative sales * Basic construction or home improvement knowledge required (kitchen, bath, cabinets, countertops, or remodeling experience preferred) * Ability to learn technical details -- full product and process training provided * Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills * Professional appearance and dependable work ethic * Clean driving record required * Must pass background check and drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $96,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
