Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Benefits Advisor to join our team. This role involves guiding clients through their benefits options, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a solid understanding of insurance products and benefits administration. Multilingual abilities and sales background in outside or retail sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse client needs. Responsibilities * Engage with clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and marketing initiatives, to identify their benefits needs * Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements to recommend suitable insurance and benefits solutions * Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements * Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to benefits administration and insurance products * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other privacy standards during all client interactions * Collaborate with marketing teams to promote benefits programs and educate clients on available options * Assist clients in understanding the features and advantages of various benefit plans, emphasizing clear communication Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles with a focus on benefits or insurance products preferred * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly * Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual capabilities, are highly desirable for serving diverse populations * Background in sales administration or benefits administration is advantageous * Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and customer service best practices is preferred * Prior experience in insurance sales or benefits consulting will be considered an asset * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple client interactions, and maintain detailed records Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: In person
