About us A premier destination for exquisite home textiles and furnishings is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and share a rewarding experience in the luxury retail world. A successful candidate must have a keen interest in interior design and have acquired some design qualifications. Design Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service in addition to assisting customers in finding and purchasing fine linens, and accessories - Provide expert product knowledge & recommendations while effectively communicate technical specifications to customers - Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise & taking special orders - Operate cash registers and POS system while processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a customer-first mindset - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets. - -Design consultant expected to stay up to date on product knowledge and trends in luxury linens Qualifications: -Previous Design Experience or have worked in a Design environment - Previous Retail and Customer Relations sales experience preferably in luxury linens - Passion for luxury linens and an eye for quality - Strong communication skills and attention to detail both verbal and written, and a eye for quality and Design - Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem solving - Ability to work in retail and team environment as well as in a team while providing exceptional customer service. -Strong attention to detail -A positive attitude and commitment -Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed -Highly responsible and reliable Benefits: -Competitive hourly wage -Employee discounts -Opportunities for professional development and advancement, No evening work, Flexible hours Note: Additional qualifications may be required based on specific job requirements.
