Outside Sales Representative - High Commission | Cleveland Location: Cleveland, OH (44114) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: 100% Commission (Uncapped) Read This First If you're tired of:

• Selling something nobody wants This is not that role. Comer & Cross Concrete Coatings is expanding in the Cleveland market and hiring one high-performing Outside Sales Rep to own a strong territory with real demand. What You'll Be Doing
• Meet with homeowners for pre-set appointments
• Sell residential concrete coating solutions
• Manage estimates, follow-ups, and closes
• Build your own pipeline and income This Role Is a Fit If You:
• Have outside / in-home / commission sales experience
• Are comfortable with 100% commission
• Want your income tied directly to performance
