We are a Texas based roofing company, looking to add 2-3 full time sales consultants within the San Antonio, Houston & Dallas/ Fort Worth surrounding areas. (1) Would you like to be able to assist home owners & business owners in getting the new roof they rightfully deserve? (2) Would you like to make a TON of money when doing the above mentioned? If you answered "yes" to either question above, then we may be interested in speaking with you. Our company helps assist home owners/ business owners through the entire insurance process when a claim is made following a natural disaster. i.e. Hurricane, Tornado, Hailstorm. Also, many of our customers choose to purchase a new roof on their own for the simple fact that they know they are in need of one. As a part of our team, you will earn 30-50% commission based on your experience/production. You can earn anywhere from $500-$5,000 on a residential roof if you follow the program we have in place. We also specialize in all commercial roofing (metal, modified, TPO/PVC, etc.), and had a sales person earn over $150,000 on ONE commercial job in September of last year. Here are the requirements in which we are looking for: * A dependable vehicle is a must, and has to be able to transport a ladder. * You must own a cell phone. * Clean personal hygiene. * Previous sales experience is a plus! * Strong communication/organizational skills, and * The understanding that you will need to physically inspect roofs. Job Types: Contract, 100% Commission + Bonuses Commissions: $60,000.00 to $300,000.00 /year Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and product demonstrations, to generate new business opportunities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Manage accounts and provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that drive sales growth. * Utilize Salesforce and other technology tools to track sales activities and analyze performance metrics.
