Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative to join our team at Office Source. As a leading provider of office equipment and solutions in the heart of St. Louis, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to our clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to drive growth and expand our customer base. Responsibilities: * Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from sales process to implementation. * Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identify and leverage new opportunities. * Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management. * Participate in trade shows, industry events, and conferences to generate leads and expand network. Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, business development, or related field. * Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of success. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of office equipment and solutions preferred but not required. * Bachelor's degree.
