We're a luxury furniture retailer seeking a full-time sales associate, with a design background, to work with our team in Indianapolis. We offer a wide range of styles in case goods for every room, as well as custom upholstery by Norwalk. Imagine a furniture showroom where all the products are unique, and built with superior craftsmanship in North America. The ideal Sales Associate/Design Consultant: * Will have a passion for sales and a love for fashion, design, and home furnishings. * Enjoys working with customers, creating beautiful home designs, and building lasting relationships! * Has the ability to provide an excellent customer experience, and close transactions. * Will proactively follow-up with guests before and after the sale. * Is faithful with opening and closing duties as assigned. * Is willing to work holidays, evenings and weekends. * Works well independently, and in collaboration with all team members. * Has a professional appearance and demeanor. * Assists with the aesthetics of the store to create a welcoming, high-style showroom. * Is a professional who wants to build a career.
