Responsibilities

:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Availability to work weekends.
• Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.
• Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.
• Participate in regular sales calls, monthly sales meetings, and training as required.
• Maintain current knowledge of trends in Asphalt Production products, services, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

:

• 1+ year of successful experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with supporting documentation
• Must have strong time management, organizational skills and self-starter.
• Technologically proficient, including e-mail, smartphones, applications, etc.
• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
• Experience with Industrial equipment sales or background in engineering a plus but not a requirement.

Compensation

:

• Base draw plus commission, depends on candidate.
• Uncapped Commissions
• Option for Commission Pre-Funding
• Vehicle Allowances
