The Opportunity: Consumer Direct Sales Manager We're looking for a Consumer Direct Sales Manager who's not just a great closer, but a true leader--someone who can drive values, deliver results, and bring out the best in their team. You'll lead a team of 10+ Loan Officers in our Chandler office, coaching them daily, managing performance, and building a culture of excellence focused on purchase production.
