Inside Sales / Customer Service Location: West Falls, NYPosition Type: Full-Time, On-Site About the Role Wizard Cooling Inc. -- a family-run, Made-in-USA performance automotive cooling manufacturer -- is looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Customer Service professional to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting both our retail customers and national distributors such as JEGS and Summit Racing , ensuring they receive expert guidance, accurate quotes, and outstanding service. Key Responsibilities * Answer phone calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm * Provide technical support and guide customers to the correct radiator or cooling components * Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries * Generate and manage quotes, invoices, and sales orders * Support distributor accounts and maintain strong business relationships * Manage customer and order data within internal systems (CRM/ERP) * Reference automotive catalogs using Year / Make / Model lookups and part numbers * Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings when needed Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry (inside sales, customer service, or technical support) * Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills * Comfortable using computers, email systems, and modern office software * Basic automotive knowledge and familiarity with vehicle cooling systems * Ability to read part numbers and understand catalog data Nice to Have: * Experience with QuickBooks , CRM software , Excel , or ERP systems Compensation & Benefits * Pay: $23-$27 per hour (based on experience) * Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), Health Insurance * Full training provided * Reports directly to the Owner About Wizard Cooling Wizard Cooling is a small, family-run company known for high-performance radiators and cooling solutions built right here in the USA.
