IMPORTANT: * Must currently hold an active Ohio or Michigan real estate license or be ready to actively pursue your license * Must live in NW Ohio or SE Michigan * This is not remote and not virtual Realtor - Join a High-Producing Team with Provided Leads Location: Northwest Ohio Compensation: Commission-based (competitive splits, performance bonuses available) Job Type: Full-Time / Independent Contractor About the Role We're growing and looking for a motivated, licensed Realtor to join our team and work team-provided buyer and seller leads. This is a great opportunity for agents who want to focus on selling real estate , not chasing business, figuring things out alone, or reinventing the wheel. If you're coachable, responsive, and serious about converting opportunities into closings, we provide the systems, leads, and support to help you scale. What You'll Be Doing * Responding quickly and professionally to warm inbound buyer and seller leads * Converting leads into appointments through calls, texts, and follow-up * Showing homes and guiding buyers through the purchase process * Listing homes and advising sellers on pricing, prep, and strategy * Managing clients through contract to close with support from the team * Updating CRM and following established follow-up systems * Participating in team meetings, coaching, and accountability check-ins What We Provide * Team-generated leads (buyer & seller) * CRM, scripts, and proven follow-up systems * Transaction coordination and admin support * Coaching, training, and ongoing development * Team culture focused on professionalism, growth, and results Who This Is a Fit For * A licensed Realtor (or actively licensed soon) * Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone * Coachable, accountable, and open to feedback * Organized and able to manage multiple clients * Hungry to grow production and income * Team-oriented mindset (this is not a lone-wolf role) Who This Is NOT a Fit For * Agents who don't like follow-up * Agents looking for a desk only, no accountability * Agents unwilling to work provided leads * Agents who want total independence with no systems Compensation & Growth * Competitive commission splits * Opportunity for increased splits and bonuses based on performance * Clear path for growth within the team * Potential leadership opportunities as the team scales Ready to Apply?
