As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities * Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options for Van Chevrolet , and other models in our inventory. * Conduct test drives with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have. * Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing, to close deals effectively. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success of Van Chevrolet * Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business or referrals. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep current inventory, promotions, and industry trends. * Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for vehicle sales and financing agreements. * Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. * Adhere to Van Chevrolet policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices. Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant sales training is a plus). * Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field (not required but preferred). * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a retail sales environment. * Basic computer skills for managing customer data and completing sales transactions.
