Heavy Equipment Rental & Sales Representative Location: Hopedale, MA & North Andover, MA (new store) Company: ETS Equipment Rental Type: Full-time, On-site (no remote work) ETS Equipment Rental is growing and expanding our operations with a new store in North Andover, MA. We are looking for a motivated Heavy Equipment Rental & Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and support both our Hopedale HQ and our new North Andover branch. Essential Job Duties Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Rent construction equipment and manage the full rental cycle * Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms with customers * Grow and develop strong, long-term customer relationships * Maintain awareness of market conditions and report lost sales and opportunities * Prospect and penetrate new customers using a systematic approach to grow the business * Control expenses related to sales activities in line with company goals * Conduct new machine field demonstrations and become familiar with operation of new units * Participate in sales meetings and training, including occasional off-site training * Independently present product features and benefits to customers * Collaborate with internal teams (drivers, mechanics, dispatch, accounting) to ensure excellent customer communication and service Required Job Skills & Qualifications * MUST HAVE prior experience in heavy machine / construction equipment sales or rental * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once * High sense of urgency and strong understanding of customer needs * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills * Strong computer skills (email, Excel, CRM or rental software is a plus) * Basic understanding of construction equipment and applications * Ability to work effectively with internal and external contacts to provide excellent customer service * Strong time management skills to maximize productivity and territory coverage * Understanding of contractor-type customer base and basic mechanical knowledge * Clean driving record (position may require site visits and travel between Hopedale and North Andover locations) Training & Reporting * Paid Training: Yes - full training on ETS processes, systems, and equipment * Reports to: Store Manager / Front-End Manager * Work Remotely: No - this is an on-site position based between Hopedale and our new North Andover store, with visits to customer job sites as needed Benefits at ETS Equipment Rental We offer a competitive and structured benefits package, including: * Health Insurance Contribution * ETS covers 50% of health insurance premium for single plans * ETS covers 33% of health insurance premium for family plans * Paid Time Off & Vacation * PTO: 40 hours per year (pro-rated in the first year), eligible after 90 days of employment * Vacation: 1 week (40 hours) of paid vacation annually after 1 year of employment * Paid Holidays * 6 paid holidays: New Year 's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day * Direct Deposit & Stable Hours * Direct deposit available (ACH) * Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week after 60 days of employment (as long as the employee is available and on call for the full shift) * Additional Programs * Safety-focused environment and structured training * Accumulated bonus program based on years of service (for long-term employees) Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company car * Health insurance * Paid training * Parental leave Work Location: In person
