About Us TRAINING LOCATION: Hopedale, MA | PRIMARY WORK LOCATION: Hopedale, MA At ETS Equipment Rental, we pride ourselves on delivering top tier construction equipment solutions across Massachusetts and the surrounding areas. With a growing fleet of more than 50 types of equipment and a commitment to outstanding service, we are expanding our team with a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to support our Spanish speaking customer base. All training will be conducted at our headquarters in Hopedale, MA. After onboarding, this role will be based in Hopedale. However, the candidate must have availability and flexibility to temporarily relocate or support our North Andover location when needed, based on operational demand. Location Flexibility Hopedale and North Andover As part of our growth, we operate from both Hopedale, MA and North Andover, MA. This position is primarily based in Hopedale, but occasional coverage in North Andover may be required. We are looking for someone who can support both locations as needed. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and fluent Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a customer-focused environment, enjoy problem- solving, and have strong communication skills in both languages. You'll be responsible for managing incoming rental inquiries, building customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. Responsibilities: * Handle inbound rental requests via phone, email, and walk-ins * Provide accurate pricing, availability, and product recommendations * Follow up on leads and quotes to convert into orders * Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively seek new opportunities * Coordinate with dispatch and operations to schedule timely deliveries and pickups * Update CRM and rental software (Intempo) with accurate customer and transaction data * Help support marketing initiatives and local business development Qualifications: * Fluency in Spanish / portuguese and English (verbal and written) - required * Advanced English communication skills - required * Previous inside sales, rental, or customer service experience is preferred * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Comfortable working with rental software and CRM systems (training provided) * Self-motivated, professional, and team-oriented Benefits: * Health Insurance Contribution * 50% covered for single plans * 33% covered for family plans * Paid Vacation * 1 week after 1 year of employment * Direct Deposit * Optional with proper bank documentation * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 40 hours/year after 90 days (for sick days or medical leave) * Requires at least one week's notice unless in an emergency * PTO is not paid out upon termination * Paid Holidays (6 major holidays) * New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day * Minimum Shift Guarantee * After 60 days of employment: guaranteed 40 hours/week if on call and available during the shift * Commission & Performance Bonuses * Commission paid for reaching monthly sales targets * Additional bonuses may be awarded based on performance and company results * Accumulated Loyalty Bonus * 1% of the previous year's salary paid out every 5 consecutive years of employment Why Join ETS Equipment Rental?
