Regional Sales Manager - Luxury Cabinetry (Bachelor's Required) St. Martin America Cabinetry Location: Remote / On the Road (Focus: California & Western US) Job Type: Full-time Company Description St. Martin Cabinetry is a premier American manufacturer of luxury custom cabinetry, specializing in high-end Inset Framed and European Frameless designs. Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Western U.S. sales expansion. This sales leadership role is responsible for overseeing a network of independent sales representatives and cabinetry dealer accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic territory development in the luxury cabinetry industry. Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year. Sales Incentives: Competitive sales commission and performance-based bonus structures. Benefits: Comprehensive sales travel and expense reimbursement. Support: Access to corporate support for cabinetry quoting, logistics, and service. Job Type, Location, & Shift Job Type: Full-time. Location: Remote / On the road, covering CA, WA, OR, NV, AZ, ID, and UT. Shift: Standard business hours; Travel up to 50% required for regional sales visits. Mandatory Requirements Candidates must meet ALL of the following criteria to be considered for this Sales Manager position: Education: Bachelor's Degree. Cabinetry Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of direct sales experience in the cabinetry, millwork, or interior design industry. Sales Leadership: Proven track record as a Sales Manager in territory management, dealer development, or managing independent sales rep groups. Technical Skills: Proficiency with cabinetry quoting software (e.g., 2020, ProKitchen) and CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage independent manufacturer's sales reps to ensure consistent market growth. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand high-end cabinetry dealer networks. Recruit and onboard new luxury kitchen and bath showrooms and sales partners. Provide expert product training on cabinetry construction, features, and quoting24. Collaborate with corporate logistics and customer service teams to ensure cabinetry order execution. Represent the brand as a Sales Manager at trade shows, NKBA events, and builder showcases.
