At Ocean Mazda Roswell , our BDC Agents / Internet Sales Consultants are the voice and first impression of our dealership. What You 'll Do * Respond quickly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and inquiries. * Schedule firm sales appointments for the showroom and confirm them with customers. * Follow up consistently with unsold prospects -- internet, phone, and showroom visits. * Provide accurate information on vehicle availability and features. * Represent our dealership's values with every customer interaction. * Track and meet performance goals (KPI's) with accuracy and consistency. What We 're Looking For * Bilingual (English/Spanish) - required * Excellent communication & listening skills * Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor * Organized and detail-oriented * Basic computer and CRM/email skills * Automotive sales and/or service, a plus * High school diploma or GED required * Valid driver's license and ability to pass a driving record check * Prior BDC or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Drug test required Pay & Benefits * $15 -$16 per hour + bonus opportunities * 401(k) with employer match * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * Paid Time Off & Holidays * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts * Training and career growth within Ocean Automotive Group Schedule * Full-time retail schedule (weekends & evenings may be required) Why Ocean Mazda Roswell?
