OBJECTIVE: Your primary responsibility will be to address the service needs of the customers. You'll spend the day on your feet, moving between our customer service counter, the office, and the shop floor. Orders and inquiries are received via phone, email and walk-ins. You'll consult with trade professionals and do-it-yourself, assisting in their material needs and working to find solutions. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email - Provide information about products and services - Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges - Upsell products and services to increase revenue - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or orders - Maintain accurate customer records in the database - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality Experience: - Previous experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus - Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers - Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office - Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
