Job Overview We are seeking an outgoing and hardworking Entry Level Marketing and Sales Representative to join our marketing and sales team. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand market reach. * Engage in lead generation through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. * Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for product promotion. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales pipelines effectively. * Provide product demos and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings. * Participate in territory management by identifying key markets and developing strategies for penetration. * Assist in negotiation processes to close deals and achieve sales targets. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve service delivery. * Support inside sales efforts by following up on leads generated by marketing campaigns. Requirements * Strong interest in marketing, sales, or business development; previous experience is a plus but not required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred; willingness to learn is essential. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions. * Experience in B2B sales or technology sales is advantageous but not mandatory. * Proficiency in negotiation techniques and upselling strategies is beneficial. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to engage in direct sales activities, including retail sales when necessary.
