Summary As a Center Director at Sylvan Learning Center you will play a pivotal role in helping to lead our team and ensuring a growing business with exceptional learning experiences for our students. This position reports to a Senior Center Director. .Responsibilities * Manage daily operations of the learning center, ensuring high-quality educational services. * Ensure that Sales goals are met * Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and build enrollment. * Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong instructional team. * Foster relationships with parents and the community to promote the center's programs. * Monitor student progress and adapt programs as necessary for optimal outcomes. * Manage budgets and financial performance of the center. * Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements. * .Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (required). * Proven experience in management or leadership roles * Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence (required). * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required). * Experience with marketing strategies and community outreach (preferred). * Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes (preferred). * Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making (preferred). * Passion for education and commitment to student success * ..Call-To-Action If you're ready to make a difference in students' lives while leading a dedicated team, we invite you to apply today and join us at Sylvan Learning Center!
