Summary As a Center Director at Sylvan Learning Center you will play a pivotal role in helping to lead our team and ensuring a growing business with exceptional learning experiences for our students. This position reports to a Senior Center Director. .

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the learning center, ensuring high-quality educational services.
• Ensure that Sales goals are met
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students and build enrollment.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to build a strong instructional team.
• Foster relationships with parents and the community to promote the center's programs.
• Monitor student progress and adapt programs as necessary for optimal outcomes.
• Manage budgets and financial performance of the center.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (required).
• Proven experience in management or leadership roles
• Strong sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
• Experience with marketing strategies and community outreach (preferred).
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes (preferred).
• Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making (preferred).
