Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDC Internet Director to lead our digital sales initiatives and maximize online customer engagement. As the BDC Internet Director, you will drive revenue growth by leveraging innovative marketing strategies, nurturing customer relationships, and leading a motivated team dedicated to excellence in customer service and sales support. Responsibilities * Develop and execute comprehensive internet sales strategies to increase online leads, appointments, and conversions. * Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM software to track prospects, follow-ups, and deal progress efficiently. * Lead outbound sales efforts through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities. * Oversee dealership inventory management to ensure accurate listings and effective upselling of high-end vehicles. * Train and support sales staff in phone etiquette, negotiation techniques, and customer service excellence to enhance overall dealership performance. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling online content, promotions, and advertising campaigns that attract targeted audiences. * Conduct regular performance reviews, set sales goals, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in B2B and retail sales metrics. * Maintain organized records of all interactions, deals, and customer preferences to streamline operations and improve future outreach efforts. Skills * Strong background in outside sales, B2B sales, and high-end automobile sales with a focus on luxury or premium vehicles. * Excellent negotiation skills combined with persuasive communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities preferred). * Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing pipeline data. * Experience in dealership operations including inventory control, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations. * Skilled in outbound calling techniques, upselling strategies, and deal closing processes. * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Public speaking experience for presentations or dealership events; strong customer service orientation with polished phone etiquette. * Knowledge of automotive marketing practices along with retail sales principles; ability to support the sales team through effective sales support functions.
