Responsibilities

• Work with provided leads to identify their needs and recommend solutions
• Learn proven sales strategies through hands-on training and mentorship
• Consistently meet and exceed sales goals with the support of your team
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver great service
• (Optional) Grow into leadership roles by mentoring new teammates as you advance What We Offer
• Weekly pay structure with commissions + bonuses
• Average first-year earnings: $70K -$100K (with growth potential beyond)
• Paid training & licensing support (2-15 Florida license provided for qualified candidates)

Qualifications

• Competitive, motivated, and eager to learn

• Able to work in person at our Downtown Orlando, FL office (relocation possible if needed)
• Must have a Laptop. Location: Orlando, FL 32801 (In-Person Only) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,000.00 - $104,000.00 per year
