About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll connect with adults interested in our career training programs. You may work with company-provided leads when available, as well as generate and develop your own prospects. Your role is to guide individuals, answer questions, and help them enroll when they're ready. This is a performance-based role for self-starters who are comfortable managing their own outreach, follow-up, and schedule. What You 'll Do

• Speak with prospective students by phone, text, and email
• Generate new business through personal outreach and referrals
• Follow up with interested individuals and nurture relationships
• Build trust and guide prospects through the enrollment process
• Explain training programs, payment options, and career opportunities

• Proven B2C sales experience (trade admissions, solar, home improvement, bridal, apartment leasing etc. or B2B blue-collar and industrial service environments, including uniform services, facility solutions, truck shops, fleet maintenance, and industrial or safety supply organizations such as Cintas and similar providers)
• Confidence speaking on the phone
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and dependable
• Comfortable generating and managing your own leads
• Comfortable using basic technology (CRM, email, phone systems)
• Reliable internet and phone access

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Commission-only (no base salary)
