As a Sales Representative - AT&T, you will participate in a sales training designed to build expertise in residential fiber internet. The Sales Representative - AT&T will be helping households transition to AT&T's products mastering the explanation of eligibility criteria, smart home bandwidth needs, and the reliability that defines AT&T's service. - Present the advantages of fiberoptic technology with confidence, highlighting speeds, reduced latency, and reliable multidevice performance.
- Maintain precise documentation in sales platforms by recording customer interactions, tracking installation progress, and capturing feedback to support market expansion.
- Resolve enrollment challenges by clarifying service requirements, addressing plan concerns, and escalating infrastructure inquiries when necessary.
- Align daily outreach with current AT&T Fiber promotions by coordinating with team leads, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and quota achievement.
- Strengthen professional expertise through structured training in consultative sales, residential compliance, and fiberoptic industry practices. What We 're Looking For in a Sales Representative - AT&T
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to explain AT&T Fiber options and guide households through enrollment.
- Experience in customer support or sales, ideally within telecommunications, residential services, or subscriptionbased industries.
- Organized and proactive, able to manage multiple accounts while driving territory growth and customer satisfaction.
- Skilled in sales platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools to track engagement, manage accounts, and ensure compliance. Pay: $52,500.00 - $57,000.00 per year
