Outside Sales Consultant Are you an Outside Sales Consultant with an entrepreneurial spirit and/or experience in the design, building or home improvement industries? Vergola is growing and looking for a charismatic and genuine Outside Sales Consultant with empathetic listening skills, finesse and yes, a passion for closing the deal! This is not a "prospecting or cold-calling" position. Managing a pipeline, you will be handling a large volume of warm sales leads, produced by our robust marketing and BD lead generation machine. This role is for someone who is energized by closing deals and maximizing their earning potential by building relationships and creating authentic connections with our prospective customers. This is a Commission Only based job. Due to continued expansion, Australia's first open-and-close louver roofing system and now America's premiere louvered patio company, Vergola, has established their North American headquarters in Los Angeles. Vergola's adjustable roofing system can be incorporated into a range of structures and can either be freestanding or part of an existing building. Day-to-Day as an Outside Sales Consultant * Manage sales leads through proprietary CRM * Travel to and meet with prospective customers in the greater Los Angeles area * Conduct thorough presentations and follow-ups * Prepare accurate quotes * Manage the pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets; hitting your KPIs What You Bring as an Outside Sales Consultant * 2+ years' measurable experience in outside sales -preferred * Knowledge of building, interior design or architecture -required * An empathetic listener with the ability to create an authentic connection with prospects * Polished demeanor and an articulate communicator * Exceptional organizational and communication skills * Tech-savvy, able to learn proprietary CRM and use it as a tool to manage book of business * Self-motivated and proactive; must have follow-through * Demonstrate professionalism plus accuracy * Your own dependable and presentable transportation To be seriously considered, please submit your resume and brief cover letter outlining your detailed experience of proven success as an Outside Sales Consultant.
