Full description of the position

Sales & Business Development: * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase occupancy and revenue across all properties. * Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, and event planners to drive group bookings and long-term stays. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with real estate firms, medical institutions, universities, and corporate relocation teams. * Negotiate corporate contracts and establish preferred vendor agreements. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Marketing & Branding: * Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns to enhance brand visibility. * Collaborate with graphic designers, content creators, and agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. * Optimize website performance, SEO, and PPC campaigns to drive direct bookings. * Manage the hotel's presence on OTA platforms (Expedia, [please apply online] Airbnb, etc.) and optimize listings for better conversion. * Develop email marketing, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns to enhance guest retention and direct sales. Revenue Management & Reporting: * Work closely with the Revenue Management team to adjust pricing strategies based on demand forecasts, market conditions, and seasonality. * Analyze KPIs such as RevPAR, ADR, and GOPPAR to assess business performance. * Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership with insights on sales pipeline and revenue projections. * Establish budgeting and forecasting models to guide sales and marketing expenditures.
