Job description: Title of Position: Account Manager Location: Raleigh and Surrounding Areas Roles & Responsibilities * Manage and maintain established accounts as well as cultivating new accounts * Ethical and profitable sales of promotional products and printing services. * Familiar knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook for correspondence * Attention to detail pertaining to client work orders * Filling out job orders for clients as well as follow-ups on quotes and bidding * Develop promotional product campaigns for clients. * Employee/client incentives, recognition and retention * Client/employee appreciation * Marketing/tradeshow efforts * New and rebranding strategies * Employee recruitment and retention * Ability to meet with clients when asked to go over/review jobs and proofs. * 2 Year of Sales Experience in Commercial Offset Printing Required * Commercial Printing Experience * Ability to work closely with production and clients to meet client expectations. Qualifications * At least 4 years selling commercial printing and promotional products as well as custom apparel or sales experience in a similar industry such as ad/marketing agency, or advertising sales. * Undergraduate degree. Concentration in marketing, communications, or business a plus. * Excellent oral and written communications, project management and organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work as a team player are required. * Sales and marketing background. * Database and customer relationship management/order entry experience. * Attention to detail with strong business/math skill sets.
