YES Equipment & Services is a growing equipment dealer located along I-39 and 51 In Madison and we are looking for an equipment salesperson to sell our current line up consisting of Kubota, JCB and Hyundai equipment which includes Wheel Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Mini Excavators, Compact Tractors, Zero Turns, UTVs and Telehandlers along with related attachments. Both of our Construction locations have a tremendous amount of inventory. Our Facilities and Equipment can be seen from the Freeways, which creates interest and leads! Responsibilities * Present, promote and sell products/services using solid discussions to existing and prospective customers. * Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. * Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with existing customer base within territory. * Reach out to customers through leads and cold calling. * Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. * Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule with the support of the management team. * Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments * Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports. * Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. * Continuously improving through training and development programs Skills * Proven sales record preferred * Excellent knowledge of MS Office * Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. * Highly motivated and target driven. * Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills * Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills * Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the customer's needs. * Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $60,000.00 per year plus Commissions Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance Schedule: * 7:00am-5:00pm * Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: * Salary/Commission based pay Experience: * Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Vision insurance Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: * Outside sales: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
