Summary Our Tax Resolution Case Manager and Closer plays a unique role as the presenter of our clients' streamlined resolution options. While functioning as the clients' "Case Manager," this role consists of pitching and explaining the payment plan or hardship options that our resolution team prepared for each client. The RAC operates amongst the sales team and reports to the Director of Sales, to ensure that each streamlined resolution outcome is presented effectively and favorably to each client, before submitting to the IRS/State. Responsibilities will primarily include: * Presenting & closing resolution options to clients * Provide status updates to clients as needed * Collaborate with original sales rep to ensure consistent pitch expectations * Coordinate with the Power of Attorney to submit resolutions upon client close Required Skills & Qualifications: * 2+ years of phone sales experience o Financial service sales preferred * 1+ years in financial service experience * Effective communication and client relations skills * Ability to manage a large client base with deadlines, urgency, & prioritization management * 2+ years of Microsoft Office & CRM experience If you're ready to make a significant impact in the financial services space and join a top-rated workplace, we encourage you to apply today at Anthem Tax Services!
