Business Development Manager - Commercial Janitorial Services Location: Orlando, FL Industry: Commercial Cleaning / Facilities Services Language Requirement: Bilingual (English & Spanish) Experience: 3-5+ years in sales or business development (Janitorial/Facilities strongly preferred) Start time: January 2026 About Position: Job Summary We are rapidly expanding our Commercial Janitorial Services across Florida and are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new contract sales in the Orlando market. This is a hunter role for a proven closer who owns the full sales cycle--from cold prospecting and on-site walkthroughs to proposals, negotiations, and contract close. You will target and secure long-term, recurring commercial janitorial contracts with offices, medical facilities, retail centers, warehouses, HOAs, and other commercial properties. This role is ideal for a competitive, self-driven sales professional with facilities or contract-based sales experience who wants territory ownership and growth opportunities as we scale from Puerto Rico into the Orlando market. Key Responsibilities * Prospect and close new commercial janitorial contracts across a wide range of commercial properties. * Build a consistent sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, in-person visits, and industry events. * Conduct walkthroughs, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and present solutions to decision-makers. * Develop relationships with property managers, facility leaders, owners, and industry partners. * Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. * Track pipeline and performance in CRM systems and provide regular sales reports. * Represent the brand professionally as the company expands into the Orlando. market. Qualifications * Bilingual English/Spanish required. * 3 -5 years of proven success in business development or sales, ideally in commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service-contract industries. * Strong understanding of janitorial services, labor costs, scopes of work, and pricing models. * Confident in conducting walkthroughs, preparing proposals, and closing deals. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits.
