As we expand, we are seeking experienced, high-performing commercial real estate agents to join our Arizona team. We also welcome residential agents who are ready to transition into commercial and broaden their asset- class expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and developing commercial leads
• Advising investors, sellers, and buyers across multiple asset classes
• Preparing market analyses, pro formas, and offering materials
• Negotiating offers, LOIs, and contracts
• Conducting property tours and investment presentations
• Managing CRM, pipeline, and investor communications
• Staying current on market trends and asset-specific data
• Collaborating with leadership on business development

Requirements

• 3+ years of real estate experience
• Active Arizona Real Estate License
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-relationship skills
• Organized, proactive, and self-motivated
