We provide a one-stop shop experience for shooters of all experience levels, with a strong focus on firearm safety, education, and exceptional customer service. Our offerings include License to Carry classes, beginner training, home defense solutions, firearm concealment, and tactical accessories. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Firearm Sales Associate who believes in a consultative sales approach --helping customers make informed, responsible decisions rather than simply pushing a sale. This role is focused on firearm and accessory sales while delivering a high-quality customer experience that builds trust and long-term relationships. Sales associates play an active role in presenting and selling Nardis Gun Club memberships as part of the overall customer experience. Team members are cross-trained and may assist other departments as needed. Key Responsibilities * Deliver 5-star customer service to all members and guests * Assist customers with firearm, accessory, and gear selection using a consultative sales approach * Educate customers on firearm safety, basic operation, and available training opportunities * Confidently present and sell Nardis Gun Club memberships * Ensure all transactions and procedures comply with ATF regulations and company policies * Maintain a clean, safe, and professional sales floor * Work collaboratively with team members to support overall store operations Qualifications * Previous sales or customer service experience required * Firearm knowledge is preferred but not required for motivated, quick learners * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and compliance * Team-focused mindset with a positive, professional attitude Compensation & Schedule * Part-time position * $14.25 per hour, with additional performance bonuses tied to membership sales How to Apply If you enjoy helping customers, value teamwork, and want to work in a professional, safety-focused environment, we'd love to meet you.
