As an AT&T Retail Sales and Customer Service Associate you will be responsible for introducing in store promotions and educating customers on new technology, services, and product features. Job Responsibilities * Meet and talk with customers in store; identify their needs and provide solutions. * Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations. * Share AT&T product knowledge, service features and benefits. * Maintain a positive, professional, and productive store environment. * Close sales and up-sell when appropriate; meet daily/weekly sales objectives. * Help increase customer acquisition and retention. * Build strong relationships with customers, other sales associates, store managers, and market directors.
