In this role, you will drive sales growth by securing maintenance, repair, and modernization contracts within your assigned territory. You'll build strong relationships with customers, deliver exceptional service, and ensure satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving. Responsibilities * Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and prepare competitive job proposals. * Meet monthly quoting and booking goals. * Deliver professional presentations to prospective customers. * Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize profitability. * Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular communication. * Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly. * Visit job sites for surveys, progress checks, and quality control. * Collect payments on delinquent accounts and provide alternative solutions. * Complete all required documentation and reports accurately and on time. * Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team objectives. Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of outside sales , field sales , or B2B sales experience, preferably in elevator, technical or service-related industries. * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong customer service and relationship management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Ability to travel approximately 50% within the assigned territory.
