Position Overview: * We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Originator to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a key role in expanding our lending footprint across key markets including Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Texas, and Tennessee. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, developers, and builders. * Prospect and source new borrowers through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach. * Convert inbound leads into funded loans through consultative selling. * Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage loan documentation and close deals efficiently. * Apply your industry knowledge and sales acumen to provide an exceptional client experience. Qualifications: * Proven success in sales (experience in real estate or financial services is preferred). * Self-starter with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic. * Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to perform under pressure in a high-reward sales environment. * Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills. * No NMLS license required--training and onboarding support provided.
