Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Originator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment and are passionate about real estate finance. Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, developers, and builders.
• Prospect and source new borrowers through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach.
• Convert inbound leads into funded loans through consultative selling.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to manage loan documentation and close deals efficiently.
• Apply your industry knowledge and sales acumen to provide an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

:

• Proven success in sales (experience in real estate or financial services is preferred).
• Self-starter with a competitive mindset and strong work ethic.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-reward sales environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organizational skills.
• No NMLS license required--training and onboarding support provided. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
